What Does It Take To Be A Successful Recruiter?

  • Goals: the most successful sales professionals set ambitious production goals, and are not satisfied until they have achieved or exceeded those goals. Learning & Career Development:

MRG will provide you with sales training programs geared to the executive search industry, based upon 40+ years of recruiting experience, but designed specifically for beginners. From your first day, you will work side-by-side with many of the top recruiters in the country and within the first few weeks you will be trained on the complexities of the industry, as well as the intricacies of your given marketplace. We will teach you to:

  • Develop a niche market
  • Locate and communicate with professionals within that market
  • Screen, qualify and interview those professionals
  • Present those professionals to industry leaders
  • Help build companies and careers

What you can expect to earn:

MRG compensation plans include a base salary aggressive commission and bonus packages, as well as a 401K with matching dollars, incentive trips to luxury destinations, country club memberships and promotional contests and incentives. On average entry-level sales associates for MRG earn from $40,000- $70,000 in their first full year, but there is no limit on your earning potential or success! It all comes down to your abilities and willingness to put in the time and effort necessary to achieve your goals.

NOTE: Many our most successful producers came to MRG with no sales experience or knowledge of the search and recruitment industry, and have since achieved national recognition, as well as consistently earning over $100,000 annually.
