Bart Bordelon is the Vice-President of Client Services for Magee Resource Group. He oversees all Healthcare related recruiting services: CV & Cardiology Services, Oncology & Neurosciences, Surgical Services, Critical Care & ER, and C-Level Suite. In addition to these management responsibilities, he still maintains his status as the Senior Account Manager for the CV Team, having created this product-line niche during his rookie year and becoming one of the nation's most recognized and acknowledged CV Search Consultants.

During his first few years with the company, it became apparent that Bart’s unique ideas and creative approach to customer service were so effective that he was placed in charge of the Sales Training Program for all divisions of MRG. This includes leading sales training sessions, delivering impact speeches and giving power-point presentations. In 2005 and 2007, Bart was called upon to deliver a feature presentation to over one thousand recruiters, managers and owners at the MRI Southwest Regional Awards Banquet. Due to the success of these regional presentations, he has been sought out to deliver his methodologies nationally in speeches and teleconferences for recruiting firms throughout the country.

His proven ability to duplicate himself through others is one of the driving factors that transformed the way our office does business. In the eleven years of conducting executive search before his arrival, the company had rarely ventured into the realm of Retained search. Presently, due primarily to Bart’s concepts, abilities and training methods, MRG averages over $1,000,000 annually in Retained business.

Another pioneering contribution Bart brought to MRG’s Healthcare Division was to narrow the focus of the broad world of a national acute care practice by developing individual product lines centered around smaller territories for each Account Manager. This approach enables each Account Manager to better serve client needs, which results in a higher level of commitment, greater search fulfillment percentages and improved retention rates. Since implementing this centralized approach, each of the division’s Account Managers have seen dramatic increases in their individual practices, and the Healthcare Division as a whole has experienced a 100% growth in production over the past 3 years.
