Derek Shaw began working for the MRG SAP recruiting team in June of 2007 through our intern program, and quickly demonstrated that he possesses the people skills, business acumen and sheer determination to help SAP professionals succeed in their goals for career advancement. Upon graduating Louisiana Tech University with a BS in Sociology, and completing a successful recruiting internship, Derek joined the SAP team as a full time project coordinator in 2008. Derek excels in locating, qualifying and presenting the top SAP industry talent for MRG clientele.
