Gerri co-founded the Magee Resource Group as Management Recruiters of Shreveport, Inc. in 1991 and created the recruiting division dedicated to the Healthcare industry. Shortly thereafter, MRG placed its first healthcare professional, a psychiatric program director for a hospital in Southern Louisiana. The last two decades have seen tremendous growth for the Healthcare Division, which consistently ranks in the top ten percentile of all MRINetwork offices.

As each of MRG’s divisions increased in both personnel and production, Gerri took on the mantle of chief operations officer for the company. Under her guidance, the MRG sales professionals are assured of a firm foundation of backend support on which to build their practices, and serve our clients.
