Lisa joined MRG with a proven track record in customer service and account management, and she now brings the high level of professionalism and talent to the MRG Oncology Recruiting service line. 

Given the relatively small environment of oncology programs in acute care settings, Lisa makes a concentrated effort to create reporé with the key players in the oncology realm. Many of MRG's clients, in seeking professional oncology recruitment services, have grown to depend on someone with her expertise in diverse and dynamic types of oncology programs, including for profit, not for profit, teaching, and academic facilities.Lisa knows that complex matrix reporting structures and multiple cancer services can be provided at one facility, but not at another. This is an example of the type of information that is often inaccurately conveyed to potential oncology professionals by those who recruit in the general healthcare industry and not specialize in oncology executive recruitment.

Lisa’s focus is on the following positions: System level VP of Cancer Services, System level VP of Oncology, Oncology Service Line Directors, Outpatient Nurse Managers, Inpatient Nurse Managers, Radiation Oncology Directors, Radiation Oncology Managers, and Oncology Research Directors.
