Our Team Scott Mcgee Scott is an oncology recruiter and a key member of the MRG Oncology Recruiting service line. Working solely with oncology professionals helps Scott better understand the key issues involved with locating, qualifying and presenting top industry talent. Scott knows that complex matrix reporting structures and multiple cancer services can be provided at one facility, but not at another. This is an example of the type of information that is often inaccurately conveyed to potential oncology professionals by those who recruit in the general healthcare industry and not specialize in oncology executive recruitment.
