Having spent ten years in full-time church music ministry and five years as a financial planner - the "people business" is nothing new to Stan Wallace. As a leader and mentor, much of his life has been spent evaluating the gifts and talents of individuals in whom he had a strong interest, and helping them flourish in the right role or environment. Stan enjoys seeing healthcare professionals capitalize on their strengths and find fulfillment in their career, producing a win/win for the candidate and the client hospital.

Stan holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Louisiana Tech University.
