As Director of Technology for Magee Resource Group, Thomas is responsible for technical related policies and strategies. He is also charged with the design, implementation and maintenance of all Information and Telephony systems, and is chief negotiator for vender relations and strategic partnerships.

With a background in Information Systems design and support, Thomas came to MRG in 1997 as a Project Coordinator in the Information Technology recruiting division. In January of 1999, he advanced to Account Manager and broke the MRG Rookie AE Sales Record. Called upon as subject matter expert, Thomas was a crucial component in building MRG’s SAP recruiting division from humble beginnings into one of the elite technology recruiting teams in the world. He is respected by his clients and contemporaries as a technology industry expert and is often called upon to offer consultative analysis and creative solutions.

Drawing on a creative mind and extensive knowledge of the English language, Thomas has often been assigned the roles of technical writer and business communications advisor.

In 2003, Thomas became a Certified Senior Account Manager by meeting the MRINetwork certification requirements and passing the required exams. In that same year, his peers voted to award him the MRG Excellence Award for Outstanding Character, which is the company's highest honor.

Due to his background in server, network, and database administration, combined with over 13 years executive recruiting experience, Thomas has proven to be the ideal leader to guide the technology initiatives for one of the world’s leading recruiting companies.
