CV & IR Service Line Dir
Magee Resource Group has partnered with full- service medical center in the Pacific Northwest to recruit a Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology Service Line Director. Reports to the CNO, this is an opportunity to provide leadership for the Cardiovascular Service Line. Will manage 50+ full time employees in the Cardiovascular Service Line, Interventional Lab, Outpatient Heart and Vascular, Outpatient Endoscopy, Outpatient Interventional Cardiology, and Interventional Radiology Clinics. Looking for a leader committed to being visible and supportive, and continuing to develop chosen disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Develops objectives, policies and procedures for department
- Implement and maintain high quality services
- Short- and Long-term planning to achieve goals
- Create and Execute initiatives in line with the strategic plan to improve programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field or currently enrolled in Masters program
- Current RN License
- Minimum of 1 year experience in interventional radiology and cardiovascular services
- 2 to 3 years experience in service line leadership preferred
