Director CV Crit Care
Magee Resource Group has partnered with a 400+ bed, not-for-profit healthcare system on the West Coast to recruit a Director of Cardiovascular Critical Care. Looking for a leader responsible for effectively managing the financial, service, and quality goals of Cardiac Telemetry and Stroke Telemetry Units, the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Department, Critical Care Unit (CCU) and Progressive Care Unit (PCU). Working closely with Associate Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Nursing Officer to achieve those goals.
Qualifications
- Masters in Nursing or related field
- Experience managing acute care inpatient units; clinical practice in cardiovascular nursing
- Certification in Clinical Specialty or Nurse Executive Advanced highly preferred
- Magnet experience preferred
