Dir Nursing PCU
Magee Resource Group has partnered with a 300+ bed, not-for-profit acute-care health system on the east coast to recruit a Nursing Director of PCU. Looking for a leader to provide customer-oriented, clinical, operational direction for this 36-bed unit comprised of both Medical and Surgical beds, with a supporting manager over each area . Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, you will help deliver efficient, cost-effective, quality care of patients that creates an atmosphere of growth, accountability, and autonomy.
Qualifications
- BSN or related field, MS preferred
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in acute healthcare
- Management/Leadership experience
- Current RN Licensure
