Dir of Surgical Services
Magee Resource Group has partnered with a full-service medical center in the Pacific Northwest to recruit a Director of Surgical Services. Will report to CNO, looking for a leader who can effectively organize and direct the functions and activities of the departments. Manage 50+ full time employees covering RN, CST, Anesthesia Tech, CNA, and Clerical Staff. This medical center is proud to be at the forefront of surgical technologies, using robotic-assisted surgical advances.
Responsibilities
- Implement established policies and procedures
- Establishes an environment that provides the highest quality of patient care
- Evaluates and inspects department regularly for compliance of hospital standards
- Works closely with CNO
Qualifications
- 3-4 yr experience with perioperative services and prior management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or related field
- Must have an understanding and experience with central processing, sterilization and decontamination procedures
- CNOR Certification and BLS
