Sr Dir Phys Contracting
Magee Resource Group has partnered with an academic medical center in the southeast US to recruit a Sr. Director, Physician Contracting & Recruitment. Reporting to the Exec VP, this person will work with legal to write contracts and negotiate between physician and hospital, aid in the recruitment process, and create and streamline the onboarding process. Sr. Director, Physician Contracting & Recruitment is responsible for creating and presenting at senior leadership meetings. Looking for someone who can handle coordinating across multiple hospitals and collaborating across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business, Health Administration or related field; Master’s preferred
- 10 years’ experience in relevant physician employment agreements & practice acquisition, contracting & negotiation experience
- Cardiology experience preferred
