Surgery Director
Magee Resource Group has partnered with a nonprofit hospital in the northeast US to recruit a Surgery Director. Reporting to the Executive Director of Periop, this person will work with the physicians and be willing and able to help solve problems in real time. The Surgery Director is responsible for making frequent rounds in the OR, as well as educating new employees to the OR environment. Looking for someone who has a firm understanding of the OR and the ability to manage direct reports.
Qualifications
- MSN required, CNOR preferred
- Experience facilitating AORN peri-op 101
